Description:
It is intended to close active substance -related discount agreements with pharmaceutical companies within the meaning of Section 130a (8) SGB V for the delivery of finished medicinal products in accordance with the tasks available in electronic form. The allocation is in active ingredientsdivided. In accordance with the regulations of the drug delivery control and care improvement law (AlbvVVG), these looses are divided into two looses (EU-Los/globalless) in the case of patent-free antibiotics, Section 130a (8a) SGB V.
