Description:
The subject of the tender is the organization and implementation of a 360-degree security analysis social engineering of an authenticator for safe authentication for digital applications in healthcare.

As part of their overall responsibility If the Gematik has a so-called 360 degree security analysis carried out by external experts every year in order to determine any weaknesses within the TI. In addition to attacks on technical systems, attacks using social engineering methods are an increasing risk.
For the year 2025/2026 is planned for a social engineering safety analysis for the safety of the authenticator. For this purpose, an attempt is to be made to the German electronic reporting and information system for infection protection (DESIS) by means of an authenticator to transmit the gematics in order to check the resilience of the authentication and reporting process against manipulations, i.e. h. to validate whether there are formal, organizational and technical security gaps.
The analysis including a workshop to be carried out as well as the associated documentation and Reports must be concluded until 11. KW 2026.
