  • The communication of citizens in the digital world with authorities in their city, their country or the federal government is increasingly about the use of chatbots, which can lead to the desired information through artificial intelligence. In this project, ideas are to be worked out based on the area of radiation protection for electromagnetic fields that offer the citizen of similar support in the search query for the citizen, as has already been used in other administrations. For this purpose, the current state of the art is to be presented, the necessary data is sighted and ideas are designed based on the agile idea. The aim is to present a AI-based solution that supports the communication tasks of the BFS and the search queries of the citizens, which represents expandability to other areas of the BFS and the BMUV and which can thus be implemented in another project.
