Description:
As part of a research project, clarify in which applications on humans ultra-short pulse lasers (UKP lasers) are used and whether it comes to producing ionizing radiation. Inputs are three representative medical treatment methods from eye and dentistry, which is expected to select a particularly high radiation exposure on the basis of scientifically sound preliminary considerations and to measure the measurement of the radiation dose at a suitable phantom. Finally, based on the measurement results, there is generally a possible radiation exposure for patient in real applications to estimate and evaluate.
