According to the KFS, the total volume of the services to be provided according to this contract is up to 120 daily works per person for the period from September 2025 to August 2026. Place of work in Hannover Herrenhausen on the Festival. The festival comprises around 100 events per season. Requirements: many years of experience at least 6 years in a managerial function for cultural institutions or cross -divisional festivals in the field of press and marketing, specialization Contemporary music, visual arts, performing arts/dance/performance as well as completed studies in the field of PR, cultural management, media sciences or journalism. Many years of experience at least 6 years in the festival area, festival productions, large exhibitions team from management (senior Partner) and a junior partner with completed studies, who brings at least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of marketing, social media, website in the areas described above. A comprehensive, current, four-digit address and email distributor with contacts to national and International cultural journalists, subject, and public media, print and online and professionals. Experience in dealing with external service providers (graphics agencies etc.) for the editorial team and implementation of all print and digital products at least 6 years of experience in personnel planning and division Knowledge About urban procurement law negotiating communication in English, word and writing.
