Description:
Procurement of a 5-axis CNC processing center to expand the technical infrastructure of facility management on the MPI-Dortmund.
5-axis CNC machining center / milling machine
The subject of the tender is the delivery, installation, commissioning and introduction of a factory new 5-axis CNC processing center for processing metals. The machine must enable high-precision simultaneous 5-axis processing and is particularly suitable for the production of complex components within the framework of technical infrastructure measures in the research context.
Are included among other things:
CNC processing center with control,
Tool magazine, swing gear table, measuring button and path measurement systems,
Software and training documents,
Transport, introduction, list and commissioning,
Training of the operating personnel,
Documentation in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.
Optional a maintenance contract is to be offered over a period of at least 24 months.
The performance must be performed entirely at the location of the client (Dortmund).
