Seehafen Kiel GmbH & Co. KG intends to build a new cable car garage with area for the luggage clearance of the cruise passengers and an additional transformer station on the Baltic Seakai. The two projects are advertised together and forgiven. The construction sites are approximately 300 mfrom each other. Cable car garage / luggage handling: The new building connects to the southern tip of terminal 27 and extends south to the Kaikan.
