• Description:
• The subject of the service is the creation of an expert report on the further development of reporting in the CSBF, including a KPI system, analyzes and implementation principles for consistent, control-oriented reporting and dashboard logic. The The service is divided into work packages (WP) and includes in particular: - WP 1 Inventory & structuring of the existing CSBF reports/database (standard and special reports, regular reports), including report catalog and classification (2016-2025). -AP 2 KPI system for procurement in federal highway construction based on CSBF (definitions, derivation logic, application rules). - AP 3 In-depth status quo analysis and processing of further questions based on CSBF evaluations. -AP 4 Demarcation/comparability with suitable comparison sectors to classify special features and transferability of control approaches. - WP 5 Reporting System & Dashboards (system, frequency, target group reference, prototypes/example implementations in common BI tools) as well as presentation formats. - WP 6 - WP 8 (according to the service description) as additions to data quality, result preparation and knowledge transfer/implementation support.
