• Description:
• As part of the development of the area of ​​the former Prince Leopold barracks in Regensburg, a module 1 process (according to the federal funding for efficient heating networks - BEW) for the planning of a heating network is being put out to tender. The aim is to realize the second Development section as well as the coupling with the first section in accordance with an integrated and sustainable heat supply for the entire district. The planning examines technical and economic feasibility with the aim of implementation within the framework of Module 2 BEW. The scope of services includes: Preparation of the feasibility study including planning according to LPH 1-4 of the HOAI, technical concept, as well as coordination services in the event of a positive funding decision. In addition, plans are being made for the energetic development of the district to be provided outside of the funding framework, especially electrical and PV planning.
