Type and scope of the performance:
There are To create demolition and disposal work to prepare the new building constructions to be created in the town hall. Here are floors of the extent von To disassemble and dispose of approx. 12,000 m2 and to dismantle the associated skirting boards of approx. 9,000 m.
Furthermore, interior doors to offices (approx. 270 pcs) and sun protection systems (approx. 270 pcs) must be dismantled and disposed of.

The construction site is located in the city center and is surrounded by public traffic areas.
During the construction work, the town hall will continue to be used in the eastern part, and administrative activity and visitor traffic takes place.
