7365 memory library BA3 - Expansion level 1 and 2 Services of object planning (in accordance with § 33 - 37 HOAI) for the expansion of the existing building (KG300) on levels 1 (1st floor) and 2 (2nd floor) of the memory biblothek in Wagner.regeny -Strasse 81-83, 12489 Berlin.
Subject of the award procedure are services of object planning (according to § 33 - 37 HOAI). The building was built until 2020. In the area of the level 0 with an area of approx. 1,260m2, the archive -, magazine -technology -and sanitary areas are in operation. The expansion of the existing building (KG300) on levels 1 (1st floor) and 2 (2nd floor) Also with surfaces of approx. 1,260m2 each with a view to the current operation on level 0 (EC). In levels 1 and 2, archive -, magazine -technology -and smaller sanitary rooms are also planned. The archives / magazines are equipped with plentiful systems. The outdoor facilities must be restored after the measure has been completed. Commissioning (IBN) of levels 1 and 2 is planned for 10/2028. The following measures / costs are planned for the time being: 1. Expansion level 1 and 2 (KG300 / i.H.V. € 2,172 million net) 2. Equipment level 1 and 2 (KG400 / ALG 1 - 8 / i.H.V. 1,316 million € Netto) 3. Equipment level 1 and 2 (KG620 / I.H.V. € 1,359 million net) 4. Restoring the outdoor facilities (KG500 / I.H.V. 76.5 K € Netto) 5. Honorare, expert opinion (KG700 / I.H.V. approx. 665 K € Netto) For the project, the foresight costs (Planning and construction costs) in advance i. H. v. 6,197 million EUR (including unforeseen, cost center 3rd quarter 2024) determined. For the project, the Humboldt University in Berlin is looking for a competent architectural office that takes over the property planning (in accordance with Section 33-37 HOAI) for the building.
