The subject of the order to be awarded are specialist planning services of the technical equipment in the building and in open-end systems of the plant groups (ALG) 1 to 8 according to the fee schedule for architects andEngineers (HOAI) for the modernization /renovation of the Rehabilitation Center Bavarian Gmain, Clinic Hoch.
The commissioning of the performance is planned gradually. The contractual service first includes the basic services and the special services of the
performance phases (LP) 1(Basic determination) and 2 (preliminary planning). The client can optionally be commissioned with further subsequent services:
