- Main inspection of the brake components of drive and walking frames on 18 road railways of the 8ngw (bombardier) and on the reserve components. Option 1 via another 8 vehicles and option 2 over 6 vehicles are also part of the scopeStrassenbahn
At the trams of the 8ngw fleet operated by the Kasseler transport partnership, the brake system is to be subjected to a main inspection every 800,000 km. During this inspection, it has to process various components and replace others with new ones. Afterwards theThe main inspection must check the function and resilience to all parts and document all limit values. To do this, the test protocol with the correspondingly determined actual values and the limit values must be attached to each brake component. The test protocol must be digital and inCreate the paper shape and hand over to the AG.
The housing of the hydraulic devices and all brake calipers must relieve the AN in the course of the main inspection, if necessary and then provide a new color structure.
