Description: The TC project aims to develop municipal capacities in 25 municipalities for agricultural advice, social services and employment promotion and the creation of municipal development plans as well as a coordination platform (including preparation of experiences and inclusion in the national discussion). The central actors receive training as well as organizational and process advice; networking in and among the municipalities is promoted. In terms of the project's capacity development strategy, resilience is a permanent and reflective learning process.
