Description: The project "Adjustment of agricultural value chains to climate change (Prada) 2 in Madagascar" builds on the achievements of the previous project, which has strengthened the performance of value chains (WSK) actors in dealing with climatological risks at all levels.
The resilience of the actors along the agricultural WSK is still inadequate. Climate change represents great challenges for the predominantly rain -based agriculture in terms of temperature development and rainfall. The three project regions in the south and southeast of Madagascar are particularly affected.
The module goal of Prada 2 is therefore "the resilience of the actors of selected agricultural value chains compared to climatic risks is increased."
