Description:
Description of work and services to be provided: The contractor will provide targeted short-term expertise and capacity development measures to selected public institutions in Moldova in the process of EU integration. Based on the governments systematically prioritised reforms, the project supports individual measures aiming to directly improve the capacities of selected public institutions and their staff to implement the government programme. Services shall be delivered by the supply and management of short-term expert advice and will be organised in three work packages (WP). WP 1: Improving the capacities of public institutions for the implementation of the Government Program and advancement in the process of EU integration The Project's counterparts are supported in improving their capacities for the implementation of the Government Program with the focus on the aspects of good governance, strategic planning, policy development, and advancement in the process of EU integration. The contractor is expected to provide support to selected working groups involved in coordinating the European integration process as well as for the Directorates for Coordination of Public Policies and European Integration within Ministries. The work package includes analytical work, capacity development measures as well as organisational and technical advice.
