Description:
The Skills4Abroad program, financed by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), prepares specialists and managers from German International Cooperation (IZ) for their assignments abroad and supports the application of the newly acquired skillsthrough operational activities.
The expansion and improvement of these competencies lead to an increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of German IC projects and programs. The target group are specialists and managers in German development cooperation (DC) and IC, whose indIndividual action and cooperation skills are strengthened through continuously updated and needs-based further training offers in preparation for their work in the partner countries and during deployment.
The aim of the program is to improve the skills of im Au as neededSpecialists and managers work in Switzerland. Their partners traveling with them also have access to a large part of the learning offerings. The project focuses on the preparation, networking and support of these people.
