Description:
The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the implementation of tax consultations in connection with the sending of employees to other European countries and the USA.
The Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH is an internationalactive federal companies and sends employees into around 130 countries worldwide. In this context, GIZ is considered a domestic public cash register. In the event of postings to other European countries and the USA, there are no agreements on technical cooperation. TheEmployees are taxable in the respective country of work. Employees and the GIZ as an employer need support in handling the tax obligations in the country of work (e.g. implementation of the income tax deduction, possibly also the removal of social security contributions,Creation of personal income tax returns, submitting necessary applications and forms).
Since January 1, 2024, GIZ has implemented the net wage agreement for the foreign employees. The income taxes in the country of operations on the GIZ content are adopted by GIZAnd the employees pay a hypotax monthly that is based on German wage tax.
