- The contractor will support the iterative development, prototyping, implementation, and integration of these measures, which aim to address urban climate vulnerabilities while ensuring inclusivity. At least four measures must focus on digital solutions, and two must prioritize gender equality and inclusion. Each measure will be designed to improve infrastructure, services, or processes and will be implemented in collaboration with municipal administrations, developer teams, and relevant stakeholders such as civil society, academia, and private sector actors.
