Against the background of population growth of approx. 2.5 %, improving the employment and income situation of young people is one of the most important challenges in the Cote d "Ivoire. Every year between 350,000 and 400,000 young people come to the labor market.This context is a central challenge of vocational training in the Cote d "ivoire the lack of coherence between training opportunities and needs of the private sector.Further development of labor market -oriented offers of cooperative vocational training in the Cote D "Ivoire. Access to vocational training for all population groups and the improvement of the quality of the training are part of the implementation of the government's social program (PSGOUV).The Ministry of Vocational Training (METFPA) has set two strategic orientations for the implementation of the PSGOUV:
1) L "Academie des Talent (ADT): Measures that aim to strengthen the quality of the vocational training system sustainably.
2) Ecole de La 2eme Chance (E2C)Mass training and professional integration program with the aim of reducing the large inventory of unemployed young people.
