- GET.invest"s overall objective on the programme level is the "Private investment in clean energy and access to energy projects/companies in partner countries is mobilised." The contractor should be aware that the Finance Access Advisory consists of two well-established and proven facilities, named Finance Catalyst and Finance Readiness Support/ FRS. The purpose of this tender is to identify the best service providers (1 per lot) to further support and develop existing clients of the two facilities mentioned above that require specialised advisory in technical fields which are outside of the scope of the two facilities. During the inception phase, which will be prior to the actual work described below, the contractors will be responsible for a smooth connection to the existing facilities, as well as the adjustments to the services where applicable. Work package 1: Planning of the assignment and kick-off meeting Under this package, the Contractor shall present its strategy for implementation considering these terms. A discussion with GET.invest team and relevant members of its Finance Access Advisory service will take place to finalise elements of the steering structure and roles of various players, reporting requirements and cycles, workflow, etc. Work package 2: One-Off requests/Short-Term Matters This package has the objective to resolve discrete legal issues of clients.
