It serves the management and control of orders (projects) with the aim of effectively contributing to the capacity development of partner organizations so that the performance of people, organizations, Networking and social systems in our partner countries improved sustainably. The management model offers a structured approach for the control of projects. It opens up the scope for the design of the necessary cooperation tasks. It "translates" that Corporate policy mission statement for sustainable development in a comprehensive and practical model.
The five success factors strategy, cooperation, control structure, processes as well as learning and innovation promote and open through key questions - if adapted to the situation - new Place of action for change processes.
