for The uses of GIZ in 1999-2001 from the Ruethnick Architects office, Berlin completely gutted, rebuilt and through an atrium as a court roofing supplemented. Included the roof cubature for Potsdamer Platz was redesigned in accordance with the new requirements (office A-Base Architecture, Berlin).
Special feature of the house consists in a combination of office and event buildings. And (approx. 270 m2, 5 rooms) with their representative areas are available exclusively for events, conferences, meetings, etc., while in 1. to 4. OG there are office space for approx. 80 employees.
