The subject of this tender is the implementation of digital language training as part of the Skills4aboad program (key qualifications for international cooperation) for specialists and managers of German International Cooperation (IZ) before and during their foreign missions. The aim of the tender is the conclusion of framework agreements (RV) in five lots with a pool of qualified coaches (TR) who have the prerequisites for carrying out digital training in the languages they are looking for.
