  To be provided are strategic, technical, and operational support to strengthen electromobility deployment in Mexico. The approach combines regulatory development, infrastructure planning, institutional coordination, and knowledge transfer, ensuring a coherent and scalable transition toward low-emission mobility systems. The activities will be structured under three core work packages: Work Package 1: Policy, Regulation and Technical Standards for Electromobility This work package focuses on establishing a coherent and harmonized regulatory framework to enable large-scale adoption of electromobility in Mexico. It aims to develop a National Roadmap for E-Mobility Standards and Regulations, serving as a strategic reference for federal and subnational authorities. - Development of a national regulatory framework aligned with international best practices - Definition of technical standards for charging infrastructure, vehicles, and system interoperability - Establishment of "EV-ready" requirements for buildings and urban infrastructure - Development of operational, safety, and maintenance standards for electric fleets - Definition of battery lifecycle management, including second-life and recycling protocols - Design of interinstitutional governance mechanisms for regulatory coordination This work package will result in a comprehensive White Paper consolidating regulatory rec...
