- New construction of a workshop for people with disabilities and the 95339 Neuenmarkt support The construction and real estate management of Diakonokdoer intended construction of the "integrated labor landscape Neuenmarkt". This consists of the new workshop for people with disabilities (WFBM) with 250 Places and the new construction with 48 seats. The new construction of the two aforementioned facilities replaces existing facility on one side. The building includes a three-part chamber structure of the factory and funding areas with an eligible requirement of approx. 5089m2 for the WfBM and approx. 1 324 m2 for the support center. The outdoor facilities are green courtyards with break and resting areas, a barrier-free forecourt, as well as extensive access routes, etc. for the delivery of the workshops and the access von employees.
