Description:
The order includes planning and implementing the repair and modernization of an existing building in the Burgwald-Kaserne in Frankenberg (Eder) as a general planner.
The aim is the upgrading of the building for use as a test and training building by the Bundeswehr, with training and office space, workshop areas and vehicle halls.
The measure includes the repair of the object (KG 300 and 400), the energetic optimization (efficiency building volume 55), the installation of modern security systems and IT and communication infrastructure in compliance with environment and Occupational health and safety requirements. In addition, the outdoor facilities, fence systems and the development are adapted.
In addition to the object planning buildings, the specialist disciplines of object planning free facilities, technical equipment, building physics and fire protection are included.
