Creation, updating and addition of pollutant registers for buildings
A1, D113, 6-lane expansion of the BAB A1 between Muenster and Osnabrueck - creation, updating and addition of pollutant registers for buildings
The Federal Republic of Germany is represented by the federal highway GmbH, represented by DEGES, intends to expand the A1 from Muenster/Nord to AK Lotte/Osnabrueck to 6 lanes and to upgrade the bridges. The implementation was originally planned as a PPP measure.
The overall construction project A 1 Muenster-Nord to AK Lotte/Osnabrueck is in a total of four Plan approval sections divided. Plan approval decisions are available.
The route of the A 1 covers a total length of approx. 40 km. Without the areas that have already been created, the total route length is 36.8 km.
The already manufactured areas are between construction km 7+120 and 9+900 and include the 3 valley bridges in the area: Habichtswald, Smanforde and Exterheide, including the route and between km 23+639 to 24+398.
Since the originally planned public-private partnership (PPP) did not come about, the existing ones are to be implemented Pollutant registers for 26 bridge structures are now being reviewed - the focus is particularly on the newly issued regulations and guidelines (EBV [1]; LAGA M23 [2]).
