Description: Procurement of a medical device-certified Irradiation Planning Program for Eye Tumor Therapy (ATT), according to the specifications and assignment documents *** The Rayocular system is to be used for irradiation planning on eye tumors at the HZB. This serves to prepare / dose calculation of proton therapy of eye tumors.
Based on CT data, an eye model is created in the program. This is expanded on the basis of fundus images and / or MRI images superimposed in the program by the tumor to be treated.
Subsequently, the optimal position of the eye is searched for the treatment. For this purpose, the dose distribution for the present geometry must be calculated using a Pencil beam algorithm and the dose in tumor and risk structures (, era.
