• Description:
• The client is a public waste disposal provider in the Unstrut-Hainich district. The subject of this award procedure is the takeover, subsequent transport and material recycling of the waste paper mixture collected in the Unstrut-Hainich district, consisting of printed matter, other paper and cardboard, sales packaging made of paper, cardboard and cardboard as well as the usual amount of contaminants. The services therefore relate to waste with waste code number 20 01 01 (Waste designation: paper and cardboard) and to the waste with the waste code number 15 01 01 (Waste designation: packaging made of paper and cardboard) in accordance with the regulation on the European list of waste (Waste List Regulation - AVV) of December 10, 2001 (BGBl I p. 3379), last amended by Article 1 of the ordinance of June 30, 2020 (BGBl. I p. 3005). The recycling of the packaging portion of the waste paper collection mixture is the responsibility, based on the regulations of the law on placing on the market, taking back and high-quality recycling of packaging (Packaging Act - VerpackG) of July 5, 2017 (BGBl. I. p. 2234), last amended by Article 6 of the law of October 25, 2023 (BGBl. 2023 I No. 294), the operators of dual systems (BdS). The respective percentage At the discretion of each BdS, the contractor's share of the packaging share is either to be recycled together with the municipal share of the waste paper collection mixture or to be physically handed over to the respective BdS. As far as a publication from the BdS is requested, the contractor must take all necessary measures to produce it. The waste paper mixture is collected by the client in the disposal area using waste collection containers with a capacity of 240 liters and 1,100 liters. The collection of the waste paper mixture is therefore not the subject of this procurement procedure. The benefits will be paid for two years from January 1st, 2027, i.e. until January 31st...
