Conclusion of framework agreements for the procurement of active network components in 5 lots
Lot 1: Alcatel components
Lot 2: Cisco components
Lot 3: Microsens components (WDM)
Lot 4: Radware load balancer
Lot 5: RSA components
The services to be provided relate to both the purchase new network components from the manufacturer Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise (ALE) (hereinafter referred to as "Alcatel" for better readability), ensuring the appropriate manufacturer support and the maintenance of existing network infrastructures as well as support services for the Planning and integration of network components into complex network infrastructures as well as solving related problems.
Lot 1 includes:
•Supply of network components from the manufacturer Alcatel and associated hardware and software components as well as all other necessary Supplements (e.g. licenses), extensions and their respective successor products.
•Services in the area of "Network components Alcatel" by supporting the contractor in staging the network components, conception, design, configuration, installation and integration.
•Maintenance (ongoing support for existing Alcatel components and new network components from the manufacturer Alcatel) in the form of error debugging, troubleshooting, provision of hardware, firmware and software updates.
