Description:
The AOK Lower Saxony intends to re-arrange appendix 1 to appendix 2 (rehab price file) of the framework contract for the supply of rehabilitation aids in accordance with Section 127 Paragraph 1 SGB V. The nature of the products and services can be found in the product description of the resource directorynis according to § 139 SGB V. AOK Niedersachsen is prepared to conduct contract negotiations with any interested service provider who is prequalified in accordance with Section 126 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 SGB V. The contract does not contain any entitlement to carry out a specific number of servicesns of the legally insured or no specific delivery quantity.
