The AOK Lower Saxony intends Appendix 2 (Price File Orthopedics), Appendix 3 to Appendix 2 (Price File orthoses) and Appendix 4 to Appendix File PG (Price File PG PG26 Seat aids) to re -agree on the details of the supply of aids in accordance with Section 127 (1) SGB V. The AOK Lower Saxony isReady to lead contract negotiations with any interested person interested and prequalified in accordance with Section 126 (1) sentence 2 SGB V. The contract does not include a claim to the implementation of a certain number of care of the legally insured or no specific amount of delivery.
