Description: The aim of the project is the introduction of a system for measuring the entire passenger flows at the airport.
This solution is intended to support the process design, control and monitoring during terminal operation under normal, but also in particularly critical operating states.
This includes the measurement of waiting times, process times and throughputs of process points. In addition, the use of process places should be analyzed and the passenger frequencies are measured at certain locations of the airport.
The applications of the system should analyze the process place and passenger flow statistics to optimize infrastructure and personnel planning.
From the measured data, KPI reports are to be created to support quality control.
In addition, the passengers should be displayed in real time exact waiting times and travel times to avoid delays of passengers on the gate and directing passengers in non-crowded areas.
