Description:
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg on January 1st, 2013 according to § 26 (1) State budget regulations Schulbau Hamburg (called SBH below) founded. This state company has the task of planning, building, maintaining and managing school properties according to economic principles, and to be managed to rent the more than 400 schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB). The school properties include all the land used for school purposes and buildings of state and vocational schools. The property area of all general and vocational state schools is around 9.1 million sqm and the main area of use around 3.1 million sqm. In this activity, SBH was commissioned to build and replacement building at the district school and the high school in Meiendorf, Deepenhorn 1 and Schierenberg 50/60 in 22145 Hamburg.
