- Additional insurance The TK enables its insured persons to take out private health and nursing care insurance with a cooperation partner (Section 28 of the TK statutes and Section 14 of the TK nursing care insurance statutes) in order to provide individual insurance coverage to be able to adapt. The legal basis for this is Section 194 Paragraph 1a SGB V and Section 47 Paragraph 2 SGB XI. For this purpose, TK is looking for a private health insurer as a cooperation partner who offers tariffs for additional insurance for those with statutory health insurance offers. The aim of the cooperation is to supplement the existing health insurance cover of TK policyholders with high-quality, economical and service-oriented additional insurance products, tailored to customer needs and needs TK-s product portfolio strategy. In any case, the cooperation partner must offer at least the following core tariff lines: - international travel health insurance, - supplementary dental insurance, - supplementary inpatient insurance and - supplementary nursing care insurance.
