The in-house building industry of the Limburg-Weilburg district (EGW) is planning the energetic renovation of the administrative building Serenadenhof and the increase around a floor.
Lahn, between City hall, town hall and the underground car park of the town hall. It has 6 floors (EG-5.OG), measures approx. 24.00 x 24.00 m and is opened on foot on foot. The originally 4-storey building was built in 1972 and in the year 1992 increased with a 4th and 5th floor.
