The Energetische's own building industry in the Limburg-Weilburg district (EGW) is planning
Refurbishment of the administration building Serenadenhof and the increase around a floor. The existing building is located in the central downtown location of the city of Limburg a.d. Lahn, between City hall, town hall and the underground car park of the town hall. It has 6 floors (EG-5.OG), measures approx. 24.00 x 24.00 m and is opened on foot on foot. The originally 4-storey building was
built in 1972 and in the year 1992 increased with a 4th and 5th floor.
