Description:
Stark and low-power installation
The own company of the Limburg-Weilburg (EGW) district is planning the energetic renovation of the Serenadenhof administrative building and the increase in a floor.
The existing building is located in the central downtown location of the city of Limburg A.D. Lahn, between the town hall, town hall and the underground car park of the town hall. It has 6 floors (EG-5.OG), measures approx. 24.00 x 24.00 m and is opened on foot on foot. The originally 4-storey building was in 1972 built and increased in 1992 with a 4th and 5th floor.
Scope of the work:
-8 pieces of sub -distributions in different sizes and stocks
-Etwa 485 m parapet channel with 1070 channel installation doses
-Etwa 385 cable channel in different dimensions
-Etwa 12,000 m installation lines in Various laying types and dimensions
-Etwa 1000 pieces and Schuko sockets
-Etwa 450 pieces light in different types of assembly
-1 piece of safety lighting with central battery device, 6 hours of sub -stations, pictograms and standby lights
-Etwa 20,600 m duplex data line and 380 St. Data-double doses
-1 piece of fire warning system with about 260 pieces of automatic smoke detectors with integrated warning tone
-1 piece of sun protection system with around 65 engine control units in different versions, weather station and about 700 m
