Description:
In 2020, an HR-IT Master was set up to provide the basics in SAP SF uniformly. As part of the initial implementation project, a master and pilot phase was first used to define common basic settings And to support a harmonization of the different processes and forms so far. In addition to the piloting AOKs, other AOKs also worked intensively in the master phase. The common use of SAP SF in a tenant (also called one-tenant solution = work in a system Several clients/aoks) also had the goal of creating efficiency and at the places where it is possible to harmonize and slim processes. SAP SF has so far been introduced. First, the common AOK master was used with all AOKs in the master phase Developed and carried out the basic setup of the tenant. Afterwards, the modules "Performance & Goals" and "Succession & Development" were set up in an AOK and the "Learning" module with SAP JAM Advanced Plus in two more AOKS and in the necessary places localized. After successful go-live of the three pilots, the modules were currently being gradually introduced in the remaining AOKs. The implementation took place in a total of five implementation waves. With regard to the further implementation of the two modules succession & development And Performance & Goals remain for the present tender, the AOK Bremen/Bremerhaven, the AOK Lower Saxony, the AOK system and the AOK federal association.
