Description:
The position of President of the LBA (paid according to salary group B 6 Federal Salary Regulations or based on this, non-tariff) will be vacant and to be filled from February 2026 as part of the age succession. Subject of the order are recruitment services including consulting and support services. The contractor's task is to provide the client with comprehensive support in the activities in the recruiting and hiring process, from job definition to a structured test/interview process through to the development of a qualified list of external candidates (at least three, two of which are women), the classification of the proposed and external candidates into a competency level and affinity grids to support consultations with the client up to the signing of employment contracts (here: model contracts from the BMI), without this affecting the client's interests, in particular his freedom selection of personnel is affected.
