Description:
As part of the review of the currently used sales software PEGA SHC (DAK internally called DAKSale), a preliminary investigation was carried out with different alternative scenarios for replacing the software. The result of this preliminary investigation now draws the replacement of DAKSale in connection with the Implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 softwaremust be developed in order to ensure successful consultation and implementation of the technical implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 softwareen membership and contributions (FZMB) as well as customer advice. The areas mentioned have a large number of interfaces within the sales processes, which must be considered holistically in the implementation project. In addition, DAKSale has interfaces to other DAK systemsen (e.g. BITMARCK iskc21c|ng, DataWarehouse etc.) and approx. 400,000 data records (in various forms) that have to be migrated to new software.
