Description:
A framework agreement for the provision of consulting services in accordance with Art. 78 of the EU Strategic Plan Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 of December 2nd, 2021 is to be awarded for the ML. Defined consulting services for agricultural businesses are advertised. The measure aims to preservemaintenance and improvement of the sustainability of agricultural operations, paying particular attention to aspects of biodiversity, climate resilience, animal welfare and efficient use of resources through knowledge transfer.
The advisory services are only eligible for funding if the advicen be carried out by consulting providers and consultants selected according to this procurement procedure.

The framework agreement is to be concluded with several companies (§ 21 Para. 4 No. 1 VgV) in order to enable farmers to choose the advice provider. As many bids are awarded according to the placement after the offer evaluation until die Offer sums of the accepted offers the available funding amount of approx.
