• The district office Treptow-Koepenick from Berlin pursues the overarching goal of dealing with the topic of "informal living" in the district with the integration and participation of the organizational units dealing internally, possibly other administrative institutions in the state of Berlin and external participantsto structure new or for the first time from different points of view. In this context, all efforts are directed to enable everyone in Treptow-Koepenick access to adequate, safe and affordable living space as well as a basic supply. As an external participantIn the interests of the project, freelancers, associations or other organizations working in the district are viewed, which pursue non -profit purposes in accordance with their statutes, and/or that serve to promote welfare in connection with informal living. In the following, those affected areOrganizational units of the district, other administrative institutions of the state of Berlin and external participants jointly referred to as "participants". In this context, the following services are to be provided in this context: (i) Process support and optimization process analysisand elaboration of proposals for process optimization/new design within the district office, including all affected organizational units, analysis of the existing and possibly necessary or meaningful communication and cooperation of theDistrict office with external participating proposals as part of an overall concept for internal and external communication and committee structures (see above points 1 and 2), which support structured and long-term cooperation and goal achievement.
