- In addition to the protection of intact bogs, the (again) rewinding of agricultural and forestry mooring is a central field of action of natural climate protection. Not least thanks to the targets of Art. 11 Para. 4 W-VO, the political and programmatic concern is now also Quantified and scheduled to be legally binding. The area -effective implementation of the (again) reversing is as a prerequisite - which is due, among other things, the multitude of relevant provisions, the purpose of rational and efficient interaction of which is a high degree of expertise and require a corresponding will to control. The consistent use or adaptation of the applicable legal framework are also at the center of political declarations of intent, such as the national moor strategy and the BUND countries, target agreement climate protection through moor soil protection. Against this background the research project should explore opportunities for the further development of the applicable legal framework and starting points for its consistent use develop.
