Description:
The subject of the tender is an agency contract for the award of commercial, technical and infrastructural services as part of a building management
business agency contract for the award of commercial, technical. and other services - City of Plochingen
The contractor is - unless a gspecial contract awarding must be carried out in accordance with procurement regulations - entitled and obliged to the following technical administrative services:
1. Ongoing monitoring of the structural condition (as part of the traffic safety obligation);
2. Preparation of periodic maintenance andRepair plans in coordination with the city;
3. Creating tenders and obtaining offers if they are public tenders, reference is made to Appendix 2 C;
4. Awarding, monitoring the implementation and acceptance of ongoing minor maintenance andRepair;
5. Conclusion of maintenance contracts;
6. Arrangement of the testing and maintenance of safety devices by craftsmen, experts or the Technical Inspection Association (TUeV) or DEKRA, e.g. for
• heating (safety valves, exhaust gas values, pressure and heating oil containers);
• elevators(main and intermediate tests as well as emergency call facilities);
• Lightning protection systems (main tests, repairs after roof renovations);
• Fan and CO2 systems (e.g. in underground car parks, shops and cellars);
• Emergency lighting (in houses and underground car parks);
• Power-operated or electric garage doors;
