Agency agreement for the purchase of commercial space
The client intends to set up a new industrial area of approximately 490 hectares. The areas are currently not secured in terms of spatial planning. Nevertheless, the client intends to own the areas of the future industrial areato secure it legally.
The area of the planned area is in the districts of Halberstadt and Emersleben with a total of 368 parcels, which are predominantly used for agriculture. Some of the areas are very small and have a heterogeneous ownership structure. The aim is toto secure and develop the entire area. In the current development phase, the client can only use its own funds to purchase land. The contractor will bring in areas from his own inventory as exchange areas, if this is necessary and possibleh are located in the Halberstadt district and adjacent districts.
For this purpose, the owners must bind the areas for acquisition by the client by concluding purchase or, if necessary, exchange contracts in the appropriate form. The land acquisition for the areas should be completed in 2024n.
Essential tasks of the contractor:
1. Viewing the land registers and determining the addresses for summons to clarify the ownership structure and existing rights for the benefit of third parties (easements, etc.).
