Description:
Maintenance (lot 1) and glass cleaning (lot 2) in the buildings of the Leibniz data center of the Bavarian Academy of Sciences; Cleaning and care of ceilings and walls, non -textile and textile floor coverings, sanitary and building services as well as objects of the interior equipment and the like. Space furnishings (lot 1); Cleaning and maintaining glass and floor/frame/fold/joint surfaces, facade surfaces as well as objects of the interior equipment and room furnishings (lot 2); Special cleaning on a requirement for this. Manufacture is a clean cleaning result according to the contract, the in the tender documents for maintenance cleaning as a minimum amount of cleaning lessons. Only cleaning hours are paid. Total cleaning surfaces: maintenance cleaning (lot 1) approx. 22,930 m2, glass cleaning (lot 2) approx. 8,222 m2. Changes to the order reserved with regard to performance time and areas in the event of gap or closure of facilities.
