Agriculture barn Coudraystr. 1-5, Weimar, allocation structure planning
Provision of services of structural engineering in the service phases 1 to 6
a) The subject of this award is the services of structural planning. The building planning/interior planning, the free system planning and the other Specialist planning are awarded separately. Multiple applications in relation to the various object and specialist planning are permitted.
b) The basic services of performance phases 1 to 6 of the structural planning are gradually in accordance with the draft contract (part C of the tender documents) be awarded.
The following special performance of the structural engineering planning is also awarded:
- Engineering control of the execution of the structure in accordance with the certified static documents (performance phase 8/ performance level 5)
- engineering control of the building help, to Example of work and teaching scaffolding, construction pit safety (performance phase 8/ performance level 5)
- participate in monitoring the execution of the structural interventions for conversions and modernizations (performance phase 8/ performance level 5)
Incidentally, with regard to the scope of services, the mutual Duties and the fee in the structural planning to be referred to the draft contract (part C of the tender documents).
The expected period of performance for structural engineering is December 2025 to October 2028.
