Tenders are invited for GT1I-616GD - AI-Based Decision Support System for Mission Operations Advanced digital assistants have received great interest and are envisioned to be heavily employed in operations within 1-3 years across diverse industries. The need for an Intelligent Assistant for mission operations (including Spacecraft Operations and SpaceSafety domains) has also been highlighted in the Artificial Intelligence for Automation (A2I) Roadmap recently developed. The requirements from the users are increasing as the capabilities of an Intelligent Assistant unfold and there are numerous domains wherethe need for the technology has been documented. In case of spacecraft contingency, controllers currently need to gather information from multiple sources (e.g. flight operations procedures, live information and historical data from the control system) to analyze the anomaly and find the root causes. This process is time consuming and requires expert knowledge. Furthermore, it is challenging for one operator to control several spacecrafts in parallel.
